Patricia Reeves is W&A’s Business Administration Strategist. She was born in Kennett, Missouri, but considers herself a Memphian, having lived in Memphis since she was two. Patricia graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Paralegal Studies and began her 8-year-long career as a Paralegal at Rice Caperton Rice, PLLC shortly thereafter. She completed her master’s degree in human resources leadership from the University of Memphis, all while working full-time and raising five children.
Driven by service-oriented passion, Patricia provides exemplary service to our strategists by integrating systems and supporting the maintenance of technology. She applies her skills in strategic leadership to streamline efficiencies, always striving to ensure that our clients and team alike experience seamless transitions between systems and services.
In her free time, Patricia is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She cherishes her time with her five children and finds immense joy in playing music—she’s talented at five instruments!
Accomplishments aside, Patricia’s favorite quote from F. Scott Fitzgerald perfectly encapsulates her outlook on life and dedication to excellence: “For what it’s worth: it’s never too late… to be whomever you want to be. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.”
