Phillip G. Brooks

Phillip Brooks brings a decade of financial services experience and a client-first mindset to his role as a Client Service Strategist at Waddell & Associates. A graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in marketing, Phillip began his career in banking with Triumph Bank before transitioning to Raymond James Financial Services, where he spent nearly a decade serving in a variety of roles and ultimately as a service advisor.

In his current role, Phillip serves as a key liaison between advisors and clients, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience at every touchpoint. He is driven by a genuine commitment to service and a belief that if something can be done to improve a client’s experience, it should be done.

Phillip has a natural curiosity and passion for continuous learning, whether it’s understanding market trends or the broader world events that influence them. He approaches both simple and complex challenges with enthusiasm, always looking for ways to bring clarity, efficiency, and even a bit of fun into the process.

A Memphis native, Phillip is a man of faith and a dedicated family man. He and his wife Kellee are the proud parents of five children—including two sets of identical twin girls—who keep life energetic and full of perspective.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys unwinding with video games and staying grounded in the values instilled in him by his parents, who taught him: “Never forget who you are and whose you are.”
